Ah the good old days.
Reset code 38 to 0.
[EDIT] Added another SP mode page to the attached PDF.

Looks like an K&E 3036 is a FW740.
So should be the same.
38 is correct.
Not that I can remember the last time I reset one of these dinosaurs.
But I do find it pretty cool these are still around and in use.

Hey thanks for the assistance! I had another question about a FW 760! Im getting a E-9 code (toner density). On initial call I noticed toner drive clutch was not functioning so I ordered one and put it in and I'm experiencing the same problem! This time I brought a book and checked the output to the clutch and yes it is functioning! I added toner (manually) to the developer until I got a good density and performed a Developer initialization to set a reference and ran a bunch of copies and still the machine is not adding toner! I don't think its a toner density sensor in the developer because it recognizes toner is low when the density starts getting weak then errors out! I did a developer change about a year ago and the customer has only ran about 200 feet since then! right now im thinking the main board because it recognizes low toner but the main board is not initializing the drive to the clutch! Thanks again!

You have changed the toner supply clutch and checked it's operation but also check the toner bottle can be turned manually by hand without to much torque.
I remember these can be extremely difficult to get moving if they have been sitting idle for a while as the toner compacts and goes lumpy.
