I have a Samsung m3870fd internal print good copies using document feeder coming out with lines and not printing on one side I suspect it is the cis on the scanner.Any other suggestions.

It think I would clean all the optics and slit glass first. =^..^=

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

I guess I'm not understanding. You are getting lines on one side, but not the other? Is one of the sides of duplex original resulting in a blank copy? If yes, which side? Are you getting any error messages?
I know this sounds silly, but if there is a printed piece of paper laying under the DF, across the slit glass, you'll get an image of the first side duplex with only lines in the feed direction, but not through the voids, and none of the original image. =^..^=

Have a Nashua MPC2050 COPIER does not print,the print communication light flashes once and nothing prints have changed printcon bicu board power supply have tested with my lap top and another computer still no luck its not a network problem.
