    Serum counter reset on coz 9251

    Can you reset the drum count on a clx 9251 c/q excellent but it's asking for drums I want to try and get a bit more out of them. Thanks

    If you log into Tech Mode you can enable EIUL (Extend Imaging Unit Life) so that the machine won't stop once the drums have expired. Then turn off Imaging Unit alert in the settings menu (not in Tech Mode but under Settings menu) and the message won't be on the screen telling the user to replace the drum.
    Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
