Need part number for paper feed roller from cassette for Samsung SCX-5935FN. Cannot find the part in parts manual. I ordered what I thought was the roller assembly and it was the feed roller for the bypass. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you referring to the pickup roller?

Yes, it picks the paper up from the bottom paper tray. It has a round roller. I would like to order the roller assembly. The number you posted is a different number from what I ordered previously. Is that the number for the roller assembly. Thanks for your time.

yes that is the entire part. if the rubber is still course then that may not be your problem or need replaced. i usually feel the courseness of the rubber with my fingers. if it is smooth then time to change.

Or what I usually do is you can try wiping some oil on the rubber, then leave it for a while and then wiping it off with a cloth. Makes the rubber tacky again.

Past the cleaning stage. Now it is time to replace it. Thanks guys for your help. My tech guy at CWS got me another part number. Not the same as the one Daniel gave me. Oh well, we'll see.
