Samsung Finisher CLX-FIN40S H2-2522 Error?

I have a finisher that is giving me a H2-2522 error. I tested the upper limit switch according to samsung manual and it tests out as working. Anyone else come across this error before? Error clears after lowering the stacker.

Yes the little fingers over the tray need replacing, plastic piece with little rubber inserts snap into shaft real easy replacement

WE just got this error on a CLX-FIN40L and were wondering if these are the parts (x4) numbers 14 and 15?
