I have a Samsung X4300LX, our machine was scanning fine and then decided to stop sending the scan. Everything else works fine. Anybody have any ideas? I really don't want to have to pay a tech if it's something easy I can do.

I have gone through the manual. I am not sure how else to explain besides, it will feed the document, act like its sending the scan to the destination but the scan never sends. There is no error message. It copies and prints just fine. I am not sure if there is a way I can troubleshoot or if there is anything else I can do.
Scanning to folder or email? Operating system of the computer you are scanning to? Network or USB scanning? Scanning with TWAIN? If you think about it, those are examples of information that would be useful to people who would like to help you out, but can't see your machine or what it is doing.
Always do a firmware update when scanning stops working. If that doesn't fix it then something on the network will have changed. Even windows updates can knock scanning out. Or a password change. Check all paths, usernames and passwords. I had this last week where IT said it wasn't the network. I soon proved them wrong

Scanning to an email via a network. It scans the box just fine. I am using a Mac. Sorry this machine and Mac's are all new to me. Im usually pretty good at figuring this stuff out.
If scanning to email shouldn't matter if it's a mac. Who's the email provider you're sending from? All sorts of settings need checking depending on who it is, especially with office365
