    CLP-770ND Washed out prints

I have a CLP-770 that prints faded colors. There aren't any voids, just low density. I've replaced the toner cartridges, transfer belt unit, and HVT, but no change. It happens on all four colors. I'm thinking laser next, but not really sure. It's the only one we ever sold (thanks sales!), so I don't have a parts machines to swap things around in and I don't have past experience with this series to draw on. I'm hoping someone else has seen this problem on this model and can point me in the right direction.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

    Is it OEM toner?
I've only done a couple calls on the 770. I can't think of anything else to offer.

If it's any consolation, that's exactly how I would have done it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks blackcat. Unfortunately it is OEM toner, so no help there. I just hate sinking money into such a small time printer, but it's under contract so away we go!

So I followed up with the laser and the power supply, but no change. Customer has decided to replace the printer, so that's the end of the story. Wish I had gotten a solution, but fortunately I don't have any others of this series.
