SCX8040ND not printing internal reports

Hi all, I got a SCX8040ND not printing out internal reports (config/network/usage pages from machine settings).
I updated to current firmware. Machine is doing everything else fine, network print, network scan...etc.)

Pressing the print button in the individual report screens does not print out a page... super weird.

Anyone seen this?

Check and see if there are any jobs that need to be deleted. Had one Samsung I could not update software and there was a fax job that needed to be deleted and it did not have a fax.
