    Stuck in loading x7500gx

    I have a device that boots up but never comes out of loading on the home screen, customer can still print?

    I replaced the ope tablet display but didn't change, has anyone had this problem, is it HDD?

    If it is HDD what's the steps to replace?

    Replaced the HDD which fixed it.
