Have a yellow background issue going on with this machine. When they print some pages will have a yellow banded background. Internal pages do have some yellow banding. When they copy it has a yellow background. We have replaced drum and developer unit but did not fix the issue. Seems like to me it may be an adjustment we need to run. Any thoughts on this would be great . Thanks

if it prints fine it is not the drum/dev

look at reconnecting your scanner cables... make sure your white plate is clean.

No it does not print fine it has the yellow banding as well when they print color.

how many page on drum/dev?

MOST of them that i have worked on -= NEVER =- went the stated life.

but if yellow only replace both

I don't have the count available but what I have done is swapped the drum from another color and it still did the same thing. Also I did put a anew dv unit in and again same issue. I have included an example. Starting to think maybe its a connection issue with the drum unit.
