Recovery Files for HDD?

Hi,
I've been trolling around on hp's site from the help of a friend I ended up in WISE...

I have a bad hdd so I need the recovery file to sort it which it lists but I cant find the files any where.

Step one: Obtain the UI recovery fileFollow these steps to obtain the UI recovery file from the HP FTP site:

1. Click the following link to open the HP FTP site: 403 Forbidden
2. In the FTP directory, click the "UI_Recovery.zip" file that corresponds with your printer model to start the download. When prompted, save the file to your desktop.
   Refer to the table below to find the UI recovery file name that corresponds with your printer model.

I'm after the HDD recovery FW for the Samsung MultiXpress SL-K4250LX

Any ideas? I'd just clone another Samsung but literally this is my only black and white Samsung machine in the field.
