Dislikes: we took on Samsung very late so only have about 12 copiers in feild but as of today I have replaced the HDD is every single one.
Am I the only one needing to do this?

You're not the only one. I do it all the time. It's just one of the many faults of this series.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
Samsung and Xerox share some engines. Had to do shloads of these about a year or two ago. Oddly enough I haven’t done one in a while. Probably will now,lol!
I replace more HDD's than feed rollers on average... So you it's very common.
