Actually a samsung scx 5530 that says door open but none open. I've got two of these POS's that failed in the same day with the same problem. I thought it was the metal arm on the microswitch at the little fuser door being bent so i manually pushed it with my screwdriver with no results. Any ideas?

First of all...these units are a piece of junk. I would not recommed selling this Samsung model.
You need to replace the high voltage power supply board. Are you a Samsung authorized reseller or service center?
