    Problem with Samsung SCX-5935FN

When Fax forwarding to server, a small txt file comes through with the PDF fax. I have not found a way to get rid of this small txt file. it seems to be a log of the fax transaction being forwarded to server.

I contacted Samsung and they saked me to upgrade the firmware which I did, but the newest firmware changes the SyncThru web service and I need a login and password to change any fax functions. I cannot set up fax forwarding to server without it.

Can anyone come up with a fix for either or both of these issues?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Thanks, that got me in to set up the fax to server.

Now the upgrade did not fix the small txt file from transferring with the fax. Has anyone else had this issue?

Got off the phone to Samsung support. There is no fix for this, the txt file cannot be gotten rid of.
