Samsung SCX 6345

I have a Samsung SCX 6345 in the shop. When it is powered on the display lights up and says "initialization in progress, please wait". At that point it shuts off and starts over.
I have removed finisher, DF and HDD and tried to power on with same result. I am not familiar with these machines so any help is greatly appreciated.

Does it have fax? Have you tried disconnecting the battery plugged into the main board?

I actually put the HDD into a KonMin BH350 and formatted it and it worked, but when I put it back in the Samsung I discovered it had a bad LSU, so I decided to save the machine for parts. Thanks for the suggestion though.
I responded to the manual guy because he never has any constructive input, just tries to sell manuals. My experience with manuals is that they rarely help. I trust an experienced tech before a manual.
I am stepping down off my soapbox now. lol
