Hi all. Does anyone have any Samsung machine on a maintnenace agreement? We are trying to come up with some pricing for most of the models both old and new and can't seem to find anything anywhere. We sell everything from the smallest BW printer to the A4 big color machines.
Just like any other servicer pricing. You identify all your costs (toner/ developer/ ma kits/ feed kits/) whatever applies to the particular series you are developing pricing for. Add those all together, divide into the ma cycle, add .005 for labor, factor in your target profit margin, set the min/max's per segment and publish. Used is twenty percent higher than new across the board. Easy but time consuming.
