    Angry Samsung SCX 5835 Nx - Scan to email issue

    Hi , we're having problems on Samsung SCX 5835 NX scan to email.
    In a period of 10 days , when our customer go to scan to email , a message on the touch panel appears : "job not accepted , because email resource is busy with another job". So we have to turn off / on pressing the button on panel (power save) to the mfp scan again, but is very disgusting because this machine takes about 5/6 minutes to get our functions 100% . Does anybody faced this issue?

    Perhaps there is something else sending email to that address at the same time? Just a guess. But that's what I'd check first. It is unlikely to be a problem with the machine otherwise.

    Have you tried to use a different email/smtp server? Is there a job stuck in the queue? Does this happen when sending to any email address or a particular address or domain?

    i tried different email server configurations , but this issue only occurs in this customer on this machine , we have ricoh's multifunctionals (mp 201, mp c2051, mp 1600) with the same email configurations that works fine there. this client use a lotus notes server , without user authentication .
