    Then replace the hdd

    Just as a reminder: On the CLX-9250 you can't just swap out the HDD like on the desktop models. It will require a re-imaging file to load the OS onto the new HDD.

    True. It may be a problem with the HDD.

    You can try reloading the firmware (.hds) to the hardisk
