Manual at home. I'll check then. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks BC. I have the part No. Dealer support came good with the part No.
I had know idea where the actuator came from. The customer handed it to me in a bag with just the machine model number ..... I did a couple of hail mary's and chanted three times doing circles with a smoke dance, but I feel I have the correct one now.

    Tnx...

This is in the pre-registration area, and isn't much fun to get to. It's about the last thing to come out of the empty carcass. Do this call at the office.

You might be right. I felt it was the exit actuator, near the top of the back panel.
It doesn't show it in the photo but two parts peice together at 180deg angle opposite on the same shaft.

See section 5.4-6 rear panel in the parts manual. JC66 01304A

I better take another look at the parts manual....
