Hi guys. Strange fault on a Samsung SCX 9301na I came across today. Machine works fine but every morning when customer comes in , if they send a print job to the machine to wake it up. It wakes up but won't print/scan. Reboot the mfp and it works fine. Machine is only a few weeks old (just short of 10k on the counters) and I suspect HDD is at fault as when running the HDD check via service mode it fails with the message 'hard disk check is failed' and the mfp doesn't reboot in to its self check. Anybody had anything similar or any other suggestions? I'm planning on returning with a new HDD to test next week. Cheers guys
