warming up

Hi I have a sumsang scx-4521f when I switched on it ll come on the display it ll show warming up please wait the machine ll even run it ll even initialise the fuser ll come on normally it ll stop then it ll repeat the same it gose on and on I have charged the power supply,main board,fuser unit and the flat scanner cable the problem is the same pliz advance

Did you check the customer's power from the wall outlet? Proper voltage? Wired correctly with proper ground? Other equipment like a fridge on same circuit loading it? Proper voltage at connector for AC into the power supply? Low AC wall voltage could be the issue...
