    Re: Strange paper problem MPC2500

You don't say if your photo is LEF or SEF ??? Mpc2500, its the fuser. Those fusers are all decrepid now. You are lucky to get a sheet of paper go them still.

Re: Ricoh mp6002 melting cleaning web

Ilia, Gia Sou file. I don't understand 'melted' , cleaning webs don't melt, even compatible ones. Can you take a photo ? I suspect the web isn't going round and staying stationary and so being...

    Re: ricoh mpc 6003

Seen this so many times. Cheap crappy Chinese parts, cheap crappy Chinese toners. Also, it seems also the charge roller is not rotating smoothly, maybe the little white drive gear has a problem/not...

Re: Ricoh mpc3003 ghost (repeating) image

I see this problem all the time. Its not just compatible toner, but some companies buy the cheapest, crappyest, shittyest, Chinese toner they can get their hands on, then buy the cheapest, crappyest,...

Thanks for all the responses, I'll look into it and get them to order some of those.

  6. mp c6003 charge roller assemblies -lines, lines, lines

The company I work for buys these cheap Chinese aftermarket charge rollers for installation on the 03 and 04 series PCDU's. We are constantly in and out of these customers, ad nauseum, cleaning...

  8. Re: C4502...Please wait after replacing the fuser sleeve. No SC 544-00

strong possibility of this, I agree, as the connectors are the same. However, he would have had to make the same mistake twice, when replacing the sleeve and then when replacing the thermistors.

Re: Ricoh MPC 3003 White Line

Steve, I suspect you haven't worked on Ricohs very long because you should seen that many times before. Times 2 on everything that copier tech said, however, cleaning the doc blade sometimes works...

    Re: MPc5502a SPDF jamming

I found that the plastic guide plate bows slightly upwards (red arrow direction). You can see a fair amount of bowing/springyness when pushing down with your finger at that point. This results in the...

    Re: MPc5502a SPDF jamming

I know this is a few months old, but was a solution ever found to this issue ? I've had exactly this issue a few times now, as per photos, always on the 4501A feeders and it me drove nuts. Had one...

Re: Are you using the right screwdriver?

Mark, yes, the original longer tip supplied with it is, the replacement shorter 50mm one I put on wasn't and I just magnetised it. On the link I posted, there is also a video clip but here is the...

Re: Are you using the right screwdriver?

Mark, no I don't. I replaced the long tip with a shorter 50mm tip which is easier to line up and no problem. Honestly, I have tried the bigger Bosch and B&D type ones that others have said stripped...

Re: Are you using the right screwdriver?

Hi guys. As we are talking about screwdrivers, let me recommend this recent purchase I made. Electric screwdriver, small and compact enough to fit in the tool case, and with just enough low-end...

When you first 'replaced' toner pump, was it a new or a used pump ? You didn't say. Second hand pumps some work and some don't.

    Re: '03 fuser noise

Even though I'm not the most experienced person on these sleeve driven fusers (give me a solid aluminium hot roller any day !), I've had a few apart lately, mpc305 type, and greasing the inside seems...

Re: C3502 making high pitched noise while idle

Too much speculation without hearing it, could be anything. However, I could say what are the most likely, based on past mpc's noises. Most common, noisey squealing pcu, generated from worn cleaning...

    Re: MPC 6502 vs 6503

From what I have seen, copy quality is far superior on older models pre-03's. The blacks seem not so black on 03 machines compared to all previous machines. Thats my observation.
