After stripping down to refurb a MXDE14 on a MX2640 when the base is connected it says for trays 3 and 4 , please open tray and add paper , even when full. The trays do not lift up at all....

It is running the latest firmware and only errors every 20-30 copies. When the code is reset it works again for around 30 copies...
