Try with firmware update -SPDF

Have you updated fimware PCL,FONTS

machine is configured with SAFEQ and universal PCL6 driver is used.same pdf files can be printed on other machine without any delay but mentioned machine is taking time.

Normal PDF file no issue only SCAN pdf taking time about 3 to 4 min for 1 page.

i have mpc 3003 which after please wait pop up an an error code sc 670-00.

LED on Controller board,BCU and IPU are blinking,even i replaced all these 3 boards -still same issue.

Any idea

keep pressing both keys till service mode appears, select fuser SC rest and scroll for execute then press ok key

NO issue with the toner actually dust particles gets enter in the laser optics which should clean carefully or replace it without disturbing the mirrors.

This error is due to laser unit, clean it or replace it

Which NVRAM you change BICU or controller

But if there is problem while writing ,printer\scanner will also stop.

What i think it could be corrupt data in flash memory of controller,Is There any way to clear that data ?
