I found out that there was a problem with the network, after flashing the Image Pass IT was able to access the machine and the Image Pass from there desktop. So they are working on solving that...

I am goint to let the IT guys know what I came up with thank you guys.

The reason I asked is at one point the customer was able to print to that machine with no problem with the same setup. Was trying to see what may have changed to upset the flow

IRC 5185 with an E748-4000 and E 748- 4894 changed out Main Controller cleaned the copper tips on the various other boards but still having the same issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction...

Thank you guys once again with your help I was able to solve that error code issue I changed a roller on one machine and the others I changed the Fixing rotation to 3.1
