can't speak to the envelopes. But we sell a lot of these now for several accounts that are now just looking to have several A4/letter MFPs closer to the people. I am amazed how fast they are.

I would add that user authentication requires the user to enter their network username and password on the panel to utilize the MFP IF you are authenticating to a server...
add a local printer[not a network one as counter-intuitive as that may be],
create a new port, standard tcp/ip, enter the IP address of the MFP in the top window

our policy is no on-site email server means we won't support/guarantee email scanning. What they have is no different that what most people have at home. they simply don't have the network...
we're on OMD...although I no longer have software maintenance, there is a place to setup SMTP. Also, we use texting to get our calls...depends all on the options you have with OMD

there are 3 print drivers that are for this MFP. The PCL6 ONLY prints b/w.
