I agree with EarthKMTech, check the toner adding solenoid to ensure it's not sticking in the open position. If it is, then clean it and replace developer and run F8 again.

Thanks blackcat4866, thought about that but wasn't sure if the connectors were a factor or not. I'll get the 220v unit and swap out the lamps as it's the thermistor that's broken on the unit.
