Looks like you got a bad drum ground bearing on this one also! You could put a peice of solder wick on the bearing to ground it out for the mean time
The overtoning could be a drum ground bearing... well with it being a 350 an all, I would ohm it out an see. Overtoning 99% of the time is that bearing.
Is it dusting toner on th eunits at all, or are they clean when you pull them out?
