The pro version is rated for 70% color.
It's a total redesign.
The 3260/5560 was good aside from the fuser blowing up but compared to the issues with the 6000/6501 that was nothing.
The books are on esource for the 6502.
Can you think of what search terms would find their tread about using a hex editor? I can't find it and would like to know about this for the future.

It's still on the right don't worry it's not a xerox :-)
How old are your machines? Did you see there is an updated cleaning unit? We had one that would overflow with toner and the new unit fixed it.

That machine is pretty good it's nothing like the 7501. There have been a lot of improvements since it launched and if you are just getting one it should have all the updates done already.
Do you...
That sounds plausible that is one of the things they took out of the 3260 which didn't have this issue.
I put a BK5010 on a Pro c900 and it works fine. The only thing you can't do is 12x18 on line.
Well the motor didn't fix it I can't figure out what else to try.
Here's what it's doing rear corner staple letter side portrait (long edge feed)
The staplers move out, the rear one rotates,...
RBS is part of Ricoh which is a much larger company than Ikon.
They did not get rid of the supervisor position and far as I know we still have several of them here. I believe they just changed...
The thing driving me nuts is I keep hearing Ikon people saying how bad the edge is but then in meetings no one will complain about it. I think they have all been beaten down already or something.
Thanks !
Ricoh tech here working on a re-branded fs-108 finisher.
I am looking for a Konica part number for part 7 on the attached diagram. (or just give me the konica part book)
Here is the issue they...
You are probably just going to have to see the computer. They probably set the default to 28 copies in the driver or something silly.
What paper are you running that isn't fusing ?
Do you mean the 3228/3235/3245 ? They are not even close to being compatible with a 7200. All of the parts are different and they don't have an oil unit.
Will customers notice that they are getting 3rd party supplies and expect to pay less per page or will they just take whatever they get ? I would think you would have to write it into the contract...
I have never gotten Gmail to work but like Ken said GMX will work until the decide to require SSL. I have set a few people up with GMX but I don't really like to it feels like a hack.
Scary when that happens ! I remember the old Aficio 700 doing that.
You can remove the U3 crap if you are stuck with one that has it.

You could just look at the Sharp website. Service Locations | Customer Support | SHARP Electronics
Everyone has service contracts so who would you do it for. I wouldn't want to be the one liable if something goes wrong either.
What was the name of the documentary ?
