If you print the configuaration page, at the top left you will see the version
You should change the fixing drive unit (ref: RM1-4974-000)
Jam 0B00 refers to the right door sensor (PS20)
Test with the following
IN SERVICE MODE:
COPIER>FUNCTION>PANEL>KEY-CHK SELECT KEY “C”
If the key is normal, the text for it appears in the touch panel.
Selec “key-chk” again to exit.
