This problem on the machine goes into a please wait situacion never gives you a code but when I remove the feeder plug It reaches ready condition.

Every 10k to 20k we have to empty out the toner from the recycle resovoir and conduits. Theres no obstruccion or malfunccioning components is this a common problem?

All mecanisims are working toner flows properly with out cloging up the problem is too much toner is getting into the recycle conduit . Ive adjusted the drop ratio on hopper digital adjustment...

ask the customer if the feeder lays completly flat when he closes it somtimes it does not close right on one of its ends so that would be a broken hinge problem.

Tou must spin the white half way gear in the green drum cover all the way to the opposite dirreccion so that when the customer Installs a refurb drum unit it can reset the drum counter automaticaly....
