is the 2nd btr roller flushed up against the itb, maybe 2nd btr motor, could also be the 1st btr, the nvm init could be done without the use of parts just clone and nvm backup first then the 2nd btr...
the sd card is not a blank card it contains the bios for the copier so if you put a blank one in it will not work.
the ROS is the laser unit the shield you cleaned is not the side that is dirty it might be the other side of the glass shield, so take the laser out and clean the other side of the laser shield.
I've seen something similar before that turned out to be the charge roller and I would check the developer drive gears for wear. Good luck.
with checking all these good points there is the one way gears the duplex belt drives the rollers with may want to check them as well.
If you really believe that it can run without a chip then when P.T. Barnum said "There's a sucker born every minute" then your were part of the people he was referring to, good luck.
Xerox doesn't have a site with an ISO to burn but if you have another customer with the same fiery maybe you can borrow theirs to make a copy or you buy a new DVD from Xerox.
All the Xerox production copiers fuser rollers (heat and pressure sleeves) are the same from the 250-c75 so you're good on that.
check the transfer belt maybe some sticker or glue stuck.
depends on what your application your printing from, if your print 400 mb from illustrator with 20 layers it's not the same as 400 mb from acrobat, in command workstation is the file name in red or...
the lvps is not the screen it is the low voltage power supply. You are getting the screen blank and leds are blinking 5 or 7 time then pause and repeats this is caused by the lvps.
I just checked, its listed in there. Follow the directions and you should be golden. Just remember to clean both sensor,.
you may want to check 2 things
1 check the chute that allows toner to drop into the developer unit is pack and backing up the toner, if it is then remove the developer top cover and inspect the...
there are metered and paid drums, get the wrong one and the copier will not see the drum. Good luck.
My company usually buys hdd from cdw and we put in and load the firmware and its good to go no formating required, if these copiers are going back to the leasing company the only require that the...
Are you jamming after the registration unit but before the fuser unit, if so did you replace the 2nd btr?, there was a setting in nvm for that problem but can't find it now
Is this problem on leading edge or trailing edge? Does this happen on 20 or 24lb paper? If trailedge this might be the trail edge of paper flips as it leave the registration rollers.
would be easier with a picture.
are you printing or copying that creates the black?
did you try test print in each color (C,M,Y,B, and B in FC)?
it could be a process black and one of the color is...
it might be the yellow drum motor failing try switching the yellow drum motor with the magenta or cyan if the registration moves with the drum motor then replace that motor.
