I would replace the ITB aasy and cleaner assy as a pair. I sure that the cleaner assy gets its drive from the ITB.
Before going too in depth I would check the following : 1 - Upgrade your firmware to the latest (MN6903/DC6501/FIN1501) - especially if you have inner finisher A1's. Make sure you select overwrite...
The problem is probably the registration / patch sensor assy that sits to the right of the black drum assy. They do get dirty and this will cause mis-reg. Clean them then do a full autograd , this...

It all depends if the customer is running Dept ID codes on the iRc2620. If they are she will have to put a code in when she prints regardless. getting rid of the system manager ID will not resolve...
There isn't a default on these. Go into sevice mode - function - clear - PWD - ok . This will clear the password so you can start again
Check the lifter cables in the deck. If they are not going up square then you will get this issue. Also sometimes the lift motor blows... but then you wouldnt get any lift at all.
Im the same as Canon Tech. On 3200's put them in before the drum does 200%. On these I tend to get E020 codes than leaking. On the 4580's put them in before 300% . These leak especially the black
That looks like hardened toner on the dev roller..... normally caused by generic toner ( which im used too !!! )
I had loads of E020 errors on these machines. After numerous visits it was the patch connection from the drum unit into the connections on the main frame. Apparently they stretch and lose voltage....

it will jam at the 2nd transfer roller / registration assy.....
Looks like your losing transfer on the 2nd side. I would put a new trans/sep assy in firstly. You can go into option - body - and change the a setting that will adjust charge levels TR-SP-C1 to C5...
As previously mentioned by T.T , make sure that you update the firmware as this will resolve the timing issues giving you the FF90 jam.

Same as the other posts. Change the drum and the ITB cleaner blade. Don't forget to clean the patch sensor above the drum !
