I'd guess the serial numbers on the existing cartridges won't work any longer. Replacing them probably will resolve it.

Print the Service Status Page. I believe the only way to do it is using the FRPO commands. If you've never done it before, it can be a little tough. There are threads on here though. Once you change...
Google and Yahoo have made some changes recently. You may need to get an updated SPF record, DKIM and or DMARC for the domain. If you have another option to test with, this would confirm it. If...
I checked one on KFS, there's not much you can do short of changing the IP address. I was going to suggest changing it from port 9100, but that option isn't in there.
I'd guess it's something on the laser slit glass. You could tape it or the main charge to see if it goes away.
IMO this an insurance claim for the customer. You could spend an infinite amount of time/money swapping parts out, that may or may not permanently resolve it. It's the same as a lighting strike for...
Had that happen recently and replaced the SSD. Make sure to back up everything before switching it out though.
The most common thing we've seen on this series is a clutch in the feed drive unit squeaking.
No, we haven't seen that issue. We have sold a lot of 1028/1128/1035/1135/2535 and I don't recall that issue.
The sliding sheet in the fuser causes drag on the fuser and jamming. Search on here, some guys have removed the sheet and added silicone to get them to run. The sensor isn't going to resolve the...
I spoke with Jeff @ Kyocera this morning. They have a ticket open with Japan regarding the issue.
The registration sensor is below the secondary transfer roller, under the fusing unit. The sensor is staying active too long. Have you tried feeding letter out of the other trays or MPT ? I would...
Sometimes they quit locking. I just put a plastic screw in them to keep them going.
I believe it's only the induction heated units that do this. On the TASKalfa's, turn U346 Fuser mode to off.
Yes, IIRC I set it to power off @ 23:58 & power on @ 23:59 on Sunday night.
And if it's KFS, you can do it through there with having to go to the customers.
I have set some up to reboot on the weekends through KFS. 3 series machines would have the HyPas apps disappear from the home screen. Disabling the motion detection didn't resolve them all, so...
I'm seeing the same thing. Multiple customers/models/locations
Check the connector on the top of the belt that mates to the connector on the frame. Likely a bent pin there or not making a good connection. It should try to do something when powered on.
 That was the thing I tried on a couple of them. I think I went up either 5 or 10 degrees and they still had issues. Replacing fuser didn't resolve. Media type normal 3 for plain did.
The first one I had, the P4060, I did everything, new fuser, including checking power etc. Luckily my Kyocera rep gave me the paper setting to try. I've had to use it on about 8 more machines so I...
On other models, the fix is to set the sleep level from Energy Saver to Quick Recovery. This keeps the NIC from shutting down.
We've had a number of 2 series machines (ci or i) that are intermittently not fusing. The remedy for this is
System Menu>Common Settings>Original/Paper Settings>Media Type Setting>Plain> Change to...
Print to PDF and save the file to a flash drive and print from it. That eliminates any possibility of the driver causing it.
Did you happen to try the back door ? I've seen these with messages that won't clear because the door is open, but it doesn't say that on the display. Also do a search on here. I seem to recall...

Yep, here's my thread on the same topic.
