Search:

there is a sensor under toner bank at the rear side of machine for the waste coil movement.usually that sensor get dirty from toner!
for the sc495 you must check if you have normally toner supply...

check LD UNIT-POLYGON MIRROR-LD REFLECTOR

i have problem with a online stream punch(GBC)installed in mp1350.
the copies jammed in all over punch path!(only if you select punch option).:(

did you replaced hot roll recently?
the connector bracket is it skrewed propely?
maby the triack at the psu are damaged

try in drum section the -line position adjust-
execute the 3parametres,then try color reg in maintenance(the first and second wiil be failled but the third will complete)

check the quenching lamp, if its working(put out corona and see the red light).
the drum is original???:confused:

try to check the mylar guide back to the reg roll

try 1)clear all 2)1-4-3 3)Press STOP 2times and the second keep it pressed:cool:
