More test, I disconnected the HDD, no change, only difference is now I have a warning message that it can't load the contacts, but it still does the SC902 or the "please wait"
Hi, our 3245C copier is giving SC902 when I start it.

Hi, we are using our 430 to preprint forms that are used in others laser printer and some time there's ghosting, lets say there's a red line, then the line will get ghosted farther down, I know this...

Hi everyone.

Ok, little update.
Do not do business with OEO.COM, they never answered a single of my question, total lost of time.
I found an other shop that rebuild fuser, I got my fuser and these guys are...
Polygon mirror cleaned.... no change at all :(
Is there a newer firmware version, we are on version 1.10? Maybe there's special fix in newer firmware? I really dunno what to check now :/
No, do you have any suggestion? I was about to use a micro fiber cloth, used to clean plasma TV without damaging the anti reflecting protection.
The scan is a bit off, the magenta is not fadding, we did some extensive test and it's always the Cyan that fade, the horizontale position (left or right) does not change anything, the cyan is fading...
What do I need to clean on it? the slot in the middle or only the outside edge?
And why the problem is only with the Cyan? If it was the polygon mirror every color should have the same problem no?
I cleaned the protective glasses, no change :(
Then I decided to go for the polygon mirror.... man that's a pain to get there, I only opened the top of the laser unit and saw that it was perfectly...
Our Ricoh CL7300 have a problem since a while, affecting only Cyan and only when printing light background, the cyan get lighter at the top of the sheet, here is an image:...
DC-CON is 38.02, do you know if the fix was already there in this version?
We might go for the rebuild unit, about half the price of a new one, thanks for the link.

Our C3220 have strange vertical line, it affect all colors and is from top to bottom of the sheet, not always at the same position, it can move about 1 inch left or right, but it's always on the...
This was on the fuse PCB, Heater PCB and both DC power supply PCB.
These PCB have no electronic chip at all, they have electric component and are soldered with high temperature solder, so a 25...
Problem solved, see this thread for all the details : http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/32157-canon-c3220-e732-e733-when-copying-more-then-one-sheet.html
I fixed the problem!!!
First I did check all the cable, they were all properly connected. But I was certain it was a power related problem, so I dismounted the whole power supply and checked all...
