    That is a Controller fan motor error. do you have a finisher on it? Some finishers for that model has no controller fan and you have to update firmware for the finisher to make it work.

    micas and hp printers.

    Has anyone been able to set any non sharp products up with MICAS? and if so how did you go about it.

    Found the problem it was the motor that drives the toner bottle it was slipping just enough to give the code. No problem after switching out the motor.

    Keep get this code on 1 machine checked ground, toner mix (118), drum unit, even replaced dv unit no change. Firmware is upto date. starting to run out of things to check any other ideas out there.
