Hi what are the error codes do you have access to the manual if it is a new finisher then I would expect it to work unless there is a problem with the mc itself.

The problem turned out to be the staple unit not returning to the home position so we replaced the whole staple assy and module.

I am having problems with one of these which is leaking wax into the mc i have replaced the inkloader about 3 months ago have been back for this issue cleaned all out and the mc was working...

I have a copier that has PPD2 errors from all trays i have replaced the sensor which worked for about a week i tested the sensor which was working anybody else know a fix or do i put a new paper feed...

have you looked at the sliver wire contact behind the gear of the transfer roller is it bent over and not making contact?

i was wondering if anybody has had issues with slow scanning on this model going to a customers with this problem.

I have had the same problem with generic cartridges another thing to look at is the transfer belt if the mc is over 100000 prints would need new one hope this helps.
