That was it!! Machine is running!! You guys are the best!!!!
Thanks....I did try that, but then I got an F0-70 error. If I lift the guide back up and restart the machine, the F0-70 error goes away but then the "lower paper guide" message comes back
Hey guys - working on an HP S975MFP [which is the same as a Sharp M7570]
Unit was jamming at finisher exit. Cleared jams and cleaned rollers. After resetting jam condition, display constantly...
The cartridge release lever on this machine is stuck. It will move into the locked position [up] but the cartridge will not drop down completely, thus giving a "cartridge not installed/seated" error....
Turned out the issue was the printer. The Oki MB470 isn't that old but simply would not connect. Tried connecting to an older Brother machine and worked perfectly in seconds
The IP address in the reply is 192.168.0.80....the printer.
So the issue is with the PC. Need to figure out how to fix the PC.
As I mentioned before, it worked with my previous laptop with Windows 7
So yes, I know it's an issue with this netbook with Windows 10. But I need this netbook to work, that's what I'm trying to fix

My apologies......however since I've had the unit out several times and tried several things, I think we can safely rule out the possibility of not reassembling the unit correctly. Or to put it...
go to the Brother USA website. Very easy to find and update
Thanks, but as I mentioned I replaced both clutches
Problem I'm having is the lift cams keep rotating causing jams. When bypass is empty or when booting machine tray does not bottom out. Cam turns about 25% past bottoming out so tray is in contact...
Thanks for all the replies

Sorry for the delayed reply
TCook and Blackcat were spot on. In order to print received faxes one tray at least needs to be set to Auto. Weird but true
Also, unit kept displaying statement size...
With new [refurb] formatter unit will not complete boot. Hangs at [6/6 A/F]
Has HP wireless print server and internal thumb drive installed. If I put the old formatter back in it works fine. The...

User called on Monday saying the display wasn't working. Keypad was fine but none of the buttons responded on the display itself. Replaced the display & keypad with a working one and all was good....
Do you have a part number on this?
