Missing image in blotches at front side of machine. Sometimes repeating. Have replaced pcu, Tran roller, and fuser. The blotches have no image and are about 1 inch across. Does not due it every. Opt....

Check to make sure that these guide are installed if they are suppose to be # 6 in the manual. They ate installed at the paper exit on the machine.

I would check to see off they were ever using user codes for printing this can cause this problem.

We have also used escalara for years. They work great one man can deliver a console machine no problem...

There was a machine that had to have the paper guides installed at the bridge unit entrance to prevent this prob. Not sure if this is the model or not. Worth checking though

Make sure that no empty toner bottles are near the machine.

seen this many times on this model. The wiring harness that sets in front of the lens block sometimes need to be moved some. also try pulling up on the left front corner of the scanner unit.

Use PMB230160k Pm kit for the fuser

clear mode 1993 clear stop 5 times. if this makes it better for a while. then comes back replace the touch panel...

You also need to look at cost per copy when it comes to colo machines. I know tat the Ricoh machine have good cost per copy machine. And I one that KM and CS are not that good..

I have got 600 k out the dev on these machines with no prob.. I just fierce toner and then run 2805 and 2801 and they just keep going and going. ....
