Just want to update this with the solution. I pulled the interface on the plotter and reseated all the connections. Reboot both plotter and computer and the add toner message in Plotbase went away...
I don't know where I would find this.. the plotter has no printer log nor printer button. All of that is in the Plotbase software and I have deleted all jobs from the queue. Please advise.
Thanks
First the basics...Ricoh RW480 running Plotbase 3.5.
The plotter is functioning perfectly I can copy and it is scanning through ScanRouter to the network. When attempting to print it fails.

Here ya go....
You use OEM parts but what about the toner? OEM as well? After market toner will gunk up your hot roller as well.
There was no upgrade released by Ricoh to change a 60 ppm to a 75 ppm. If the customer wanted 75 ppm that is what was sold to them. That is just the way it is and probably always will be. In fact...
Luv your answer! ;)
Have the IT twat create an account for the mfp with limited rights to the domain. Access the shared folder is all that is needed.
No problem apache_cat...I have trouble sometimes remembering which ones support SMB.
Unfortunately I have a few customers that refuse to let go of their old 1060/1075. Can't blame one...
No, it's done like this: Turn on the Delivery Server in User Tools/Admin/File Transfer. :D
You might try doing the laser pitch adjustment...the machine prints in 600 dpi and copies in 400 dpi. Just a thought.
Good Luck.
So you formatted the system SD card from the machine??? Those cards are copyrighted and created in a proprietary format in the factory to prevent copying. They have files on them that can't be...

Chances are its not going to work. The machines that use the pcmcia card only recognize a 4MB card...at least that's what Ricoh told us in training. I was lucky enough to go to training way back...
Have you tried this? See attached....
Also if you are printing from AutoCad or similar there may be some settings you need to set there. The Software will ALWAYS over ride the printer settings.
