The problem was there before we changed the rollers. We have not adjusted ADF height and or position. The entire copy is shifted but not skewed. And it is intermittent.

If you can't enter service mode, you will probably have to reinstall all the software to the hard drive with a laptop. Canon uses a special software to do it on that model if I remember correctly. ...
Have you run the touch panel adjustment in service mode? Had similar problems on other machines that would need to be recalibrated. Good luck.
