Did you sand the shaft in the fuser drive unit? If it's to shiny the new one way gear will just slip on it.
I'd recommend replacing the whole unit if you can get one.
The fuser drive unit is the most common cause of the C4E2 error, gears shredding, one-way bearings slipping, the inside of bushes wearing out etc.
That worked, It was a new TA4550ci straight out of the box with C0640 (replaced sata cables) and Time for maintenance (C) on the screen.

The process unit is great but the fuser is terrible and the exit/duplex were pretty bad but i think the mods fix most of the problems. id still prefer a 282 or mash.
