Yes the little fingers over the tray need replacing, plastic piece with little rubber inserts snap into shaft real easy replacement

Title says error given, but the error code is M2-3113, on looking at it seems that it has to do with tray 2, cant find any issue, nor does diagnostics indicate that a sensor is failing, anyone that...
