i changed drum units refiled developer .. still no use

Removed the K developer unit .. flushed out old dev powerd, cleaned the unit filled with new dev powder

and still the same issue

was cleaned, while i cleaned the transfer belt unit and also changed TB cleaning Blade later

yes bro tried that .. and even had the entire laser unit removed and cleaned and re installed

after few day same issue

is it even possible to use the drums beyond there end of life in these models

if yes how?

THank you Andy i cleaned the machine ADF, rollers and what looked like papper sensors in ADF and now it is ok, i guess it was sensor issue

if is Select A3 paper size the scanner works fine but scans But A4 its missalligned

PLC driver prints fine but UFR sucks, why is that?

yes tried all that, it sets it back to extreme crips and dark,
Text and tables and other uniform colors come very dark and crisp

only photos and small images come too dark

That toner is the problem t6110d will not work in this model i need the right toner to refill

ok i removed the old RFID chip with the new one $1.5 replacement chip

the cartridge starts to work, tried with 2 cartridges both work fine, covering the toner sensor worked as well it cant...

There are many drum reseller out some good quality some really bad ones

its difficult to know which one is good, unless some one here has experience with some supplier

some aftermarket...

That is right, it is better to buy a used orignal IU unit/Drum then rebuild

i would be happy if the rebuilt one last's 60k copies
