Hello Colleagues,

After doing service to the above printer,I got this error code.13.FF.FF Fuser area Jam.

I have tried all i know ,even replacing the fuser unit with another one but the error...

well, have tried this using kyocera 420i

reinstalling so that i am able to login to the kmnet viewer..so far i havent managed.

I need to login to the viewer to manage the job counters and logs....

is there anything that i am not doing right ?

I have tried your procedure of deleting and installing the same but its all the same , even when using a different computer.

I dont knw what could be the issue now..coz the netveviwer installs...

i have reinstalled again and still no prompt to set up the password....i now dont know

my problem is that i wasnt able to login in to the net viewer...all the password /usernames i tried didnt work out...admin00,etc
