Maybe try this. Navigate to settings-machine features-System settings-Admin tools-user authentication and turn it off if it is on. Web browse if you cant access the menu due to error.
It sounds like a paper type/size mismatch which is causing the issue. Are all the trays locked down? (Auto paper select turned off). As a test go to user tools-printer features-system- auto continue-...
Maybe the wrong type of firmware for for example the smart operating panel has been accidently loaded. I believe it still works with it but do eventually start to get wierd issues. I would try...
I don't think so. I think you would still need to purchase the wireless option to make this possible. My understanding of the wireless part of the SOP is to control it similar to a remote app for...
What model machine? Maybe something that can be customised with the home button style machine or smart operating panel.

Remember to change that SP mode setting from fixed back to the TD sensor. The pumps are interchangeable if you leave the pipe in place. You could vac one of the colour pumps out and swap it with the...
It will be back[emoji17] and it's like open heart surgery to replace the toner sub hopper, also check the RFID board at the same while you have everything out. Might not be on this one but there will...
There's a sensor in the fuser area which goes out of wack . You need to locate a setting in SP mode 1 which recalibrates the sensor and all will be good again. I think this procedure is covered in...
Can you enter service mode in that condition? If HDD was new and replaced think it will be your controller

You need to enter your SMTP server (user tools-system settings- file transfer- SMTP server), also in that area find the Administrator email address menu and give it one. Eg scanner@kaseto.com then...
I think I have looked into this before and it's a limitation. Think it's in the ops manual or service manual. No A3 600dpi

Had quite a few recently. If the anti curl doesn't improve things. Try turning 1113 back to 0, then go to SP1105 and then drop settings 1 through to 8 by -10 degrees good luck

SP 5-191 set to 0 can help in some instances, if failing after coming out of energy saver mode.

Go into your screen calibration menu to test all the hard key buttons 1993 or try accessing via factory mode. I had a dodgy 7 once

Hdd is not standard on this model. Does it have one? I'm thinking controller if initialise address book in UCS settings doesn't work.

Try adjusting the jogger fence in SP mode 6. Make as wide as possible to see if it makes a difference then fine tune.

The correct SP mode as suggested above is:
execute SP1-134-001 then check that SP1-134-002 is between 200 and 400. I manually adjusted it to 250 and then rebooted device to clear the Jam message.
as a last option (if no one else has a better idea) go to SP 5801 and search in that area for a memory clear on the scanner application. Obviously make sure you do the right one. Don't do the 'Memory...
That's Weird, I thought it would of cleared after a reboot. Just guessing but trying holding in the * and # key at the same time and reboot the device at the red switch. Keep it held in and see if...
This issue used to pop up allot back in the day (getting old). Ricoh decided to swap things around on this model and moved the service slot to the top and the printer app slot right at the bottom....
Two machines would pop the message at least once a day. On/off makes it go away. The others stuck on 672-11.
Hi all,
As mentioned above.
I have seen this exact error on a MPC2503, 3003, 3503 and 6003. The issue in most of these cases was caused by the USB cable that runs from the OPS panel to the IPU....
ive seen this happen before and it was linked to the universal print driver. If a job was sent from a pc and then released from an Equitrac style setup (pharos) connected to the printer; the hostname...
