Currently experiencing an issue with a MX4112 which is displaying a E7-95 Printer DIMM error.

I look after a good few of these machines and most are high volume. Nasty little pieces of kit.
The assembly the secondary transfer roller unit sits on warps.
All in all it's a 10 min fix.

I've found in the past with the Bellinis and Katanas when you get transfer wear issues the markings you get are scuff like.

Not the charge cleaner as its running in wrond direction.
The line is horizontal not vertical and doesn't run from lead to trail edge.

On completion of a call. Do you leave a reset(SP7-807) copy of the SMC Data in the maintenance record book or do you leave the SMC Data sheet that you printed out on arrival?
SMC Data is unique to each machine so data from another machine won't be any use to you.
