i would also take a look at the toner supply Motor for BK/C. As i remind there is only one Motor for both Colors (C,BK) and two clutches ,one for Cyan one and black Toner.

I hope you have not just pushed the "warmstart" button and nothing else. You got to do a couple of things to get

Problem solved,

The board CLQ-4 was faulty ( the four cables from the LED Heads are going to this board)
Now with a new board the machine is working great.

so i got this piece of crap here next to my computer. Only message in the Display is Fatal Error 134. I changed the led heads from black to Cyan and so, but the error code still...

Does the customer use the first tray/secondtray for plain paper and also for thick paper?
Why not using one tray only for 110gr. paper and one only for 80gr paper?

i think the easiest way would be one driver only for thick paper called "thick paper" or something and one driver onkly for 80gr. paper. Customer has just to choose the driver.

They said that the machine recogneizes the touch on the
