In rioch aficio 240W, I have some issues.
1.the continuous printing is set to 15m. but in continuous photocopying, the copy paper is not cut at the end and gives paper jam, even for 5m lenth paper....

in ricoh mp 4500, toner is not added automatically and hence the ID value increases gradually. when doing the force toner and with new ID sesnor initialisation, depth of copy increases. but again...

thanks for your suggestions and at last the pbm was due to the charge leak in drum unit and I replaced the PCUs and the issue got solved. Strange cause this is!

and it happens with all types of prints both in color and mono.

I swapped laser unit also and its not defective, I think this can be drum grounding pbm or bias pbm. I removed laser unit shutter also.

It happens in all colors and tomorrow I'm swapping the transfer belt unit.
